About
Building an audience and building a business take different kinds of work.
Team Strategy exists to close that gap — not by selling creators another service, but by partnering with them and taking on the risk of the build.
The thesis
Turn the audience you’ve built into a business you can grow.
A creator with a real audience has already done the part that can't be outsourced, bought or shortcut: earned attention and kept it. The second part — turning what you know into something people can buy, then building the systems that make buying possible — is specialist work, and it has little to do with why anyone became a creator.
That's the part we do. We find the product opportunity inside the content you've already published, build it with you, and run the business behind it: the offer, the pages, the checkout, the delivery, the follow-up and the launch.
We fund that build ourselves and earn a share of what it makes. If it doesn't sell, we don't get paid.
The creator brings the audience, the expertise and the trust. We bring the strategy, the technology and the execution. Neither half is worth much alone.
How we operate
Align. Execute. Scale.
It's on the logo because it's the actual sequence, not because it looked good on a brand board.
Find where creator expertise, audience demand and a real product opportunity overlap. Then score the options honestly instead of falling in love with the first one.
Build the product, brand, offer, pages, funnel, checkout, delivery and automation. Ship it. Execution is the differentiator — everyone has ideas.
Let the market have its say, optimize what's converting and expand what the evidence supports. Opinions lose to data at this stage, including ours.
Principles
How we'd like to be judged.
Incentives before promises
Anybody can say they care whether it works. Structure is more convincing than sentiment, so we built ours to only pay out if it does.
The creator is the author
The product comes from their knowledge, methods, language and perspective. I read the work myself first. AI is leverage on public material and on the build. It is not the voice.
Accurate beats impressive
We describe what the analysis actually does, within platform rules and permissions. We'd rather sound less magical and be right.
No invented proof
No fabricated testimonials, borrowed logos, revenue screenshots or made-up statistics. When there are real results, they'll be named and verifiable.
Selective on purpose
We fund the build. That makes saying no a normal and necessary part of the model rather than a scarcity tactic.
Trust is the only irreplaceable asset
A creator can rebuild a product, a funnel or a launch. They can't rebuild the trust that a bad one costs them. We treat it accordingly.
Where we are
Team Strategy is early, and we're not going to dress that up.
You'll notice this site has no client logos, no revenue screenshots and no case studies. That's not an oversight — it's the only honest option available to a company at this stage, and inventing the alternative would contradict everything else we've written here.
What we'll offer instead: a model where we carry the risk first, a system we've described in enough detail that you can judge it on the merits, and a straight answer at the end of your analysis whether or not it's the one you were hoping for.
When partnerships launch and there are real results, they'll be published — named, verifiable, and with the creator's permission.
The founder
Built from experience on both sides of a digital product.
Justin Gilmore · Founder, Team Strategy
I've been in business since 2006 and own ATMmachines.com, where I've built a team and the systems that support its day-to-day operation.
During the pandemic, I created and sold a digital training product teaching people how to start an ATM business. That gave me firsthand experience turning practical knowledge into something people would pay to learn — and delivering it through group training.
I learned where I most wanted to contribute: building the business behind the product. Developing the offer, putting the systems together, and making the operation work.
More recently, I've been applying AI in my own business and developing products and projects with friends and colleagues. Team Strategy brings those experiences together.
The idea is straightforward: partner with creators who have valuable knowledge and an audience that trusts them, then bring the strategy and execution needed to build a product business together.
Judge the system. Then send us your audience.
