You built the audience. We build the business behind it.
We partner with creators to turn their expertise into digital products. We fund the build, handle the launch and operations, and share the revenue.
Every application is read by a person. We take on a limited number of creators at a time, because we fund the build.

We fund the build. We share the revenue.
The gap
Your audience compounds. The business behind it usually doesn't.
Most creators build one asset extremely well and never build the second one. The material for it already exists — the frameworks, the answers you've given a hundred times, the stories that land. What's missing is the structure, and the twenty-two jobs that turn structure into a business.
The mechanism
We read what you've already published, the way a strategist would.
We call it Signal — our analysis process. It reviews the content and audience signals available on the profiles you point us at, and turns them into product opportunities worth comparing.
Read the footprint
You give us the profiles. We review the content, comment threads, engagement patterns and offers available there.
Authorised and publicly available material only, within what each platform permits. How much is available varies by platform.
Find what the audience asks for
What they struggle with, what they ask for repeatedly, and which topics outperform your baseline.
Generate real options, not one idea
A slate of viable products, with the format following the evidence rather than habit.
Compare them, then commit to one
We identify several product opportunities and use scores to help compare them. You see the ranked field, our recommendation, and the reasoning behind it.
The output
A ranked field and one clear recommendation.
Not a deck of ideas. You get several product opportunities, scores that help compare them, and our recommendation with the reasoning behind it — including what we'd hold back, and why.
A home-espresso channel. Years of gear reviews and technique videos, the same three questions under every one of them, and nothing of their own to sell.

The Dial-In Method
Build this first. The three questions under every video are one method waiting to be written down, and most of the teaching is already filmed. Highest demand signal of the three, and the closest match to what this creator is trusted for.

The Grinder & Gear Decision Kit
Cheaper and faster to produce, and a natural first purchase for someone not ready for the flagship. Worth building once the method exists, so the two point at each other rather than competing.

DeferredMembership
Café Quality Club
Held back, not rejected. Recurring revenue is attractive, but it asks for weekly live time from the creator and works far better with an audience that has already bought something once.

How we operate
Most people would hand you the analysis and wish you luck.
Knowing what to build was never the hard part. If we find a real opportunity and we both want to move, we build it — twenty-two jobs between a good idea and a business that runs, in three phases: Align. Execute. Scale.
See all twenty-two stages, and what you'd actually do
Ten of the twenty-two stages shown. Scope varies by partnership and is set in writing before anything is built. Payout automation is set up wherever the chosen payment platform supports it.
The model
We don't win by signing you. We win when the product sells.
No retainers, no agency package. An agency is paid whether the thing works or not — that isn't a criticism, it's just where the incentive stops. Ours can't stop there. If what we build doesn't sell, we've spent our own resources for nothing.
You bring
The audience, the expertise, the trust, the content library, the authority and the voice. The parts nobody can build for you.
We bring
Strategy, Signal, research, product development, technology, funnels, infrastructure, automation, execution and optimization — funded by us.
We share
Revenue from what we build together, on terms agreed in writing before the work starts. Our upside is downstream of yours.
Revenue split, ownership, licensing, scope and duration are set per partnership in a written agreement — there's no single standard answer, and we won't pretend otherwise. We publish no revenue figures, projections or income claims, because we don't have results to publish yet and we won't invent any.
Fit
Being clear about this saves everybody time.
Creators we're looking for
- An engaged audience in a defined niche — the number matters less than the relationship
- Real expertise, or a method people keep asking you to explain
- A body of content we can actually read
- Trust you've earned and intend to look after
- Willingness to promote a product you're genuinely proud of
- Under-monetized relative to what you've built
Where we're the wrong partner
- Engagement that doesn't reflect a real audience relationship
- Looking for a done-for-you business you have no involvement in
- Wanting to sell something you can't honestly stand behind
- No intention of ever mentioning it to your audience
- Needing a marketing agency or social media management — that's not what this is
- Expecting guaranteed income. Nobody can offer that honestly
An operator behind the partnership.
Justin Gilmore · Founder, Team Strategy
I've been in business since 2006 and own ATMmachines.com. During the pandemic, I also created and sold a digital product teaching people how to start an ATM business.
That experience helped clarify where I wanted to focus: developing the offer, building the systems, and running the operation behind the product. Team Strategy brings that experience to partnerships with creators.
Questions
The things creators actually ask us.
That's the question the Creator Opportunity Analysis exists to answer. Come with an idea, or we can identify opportunities together. We review what you've published and what your audience has been asking you for, then identify several product opportunities and use scores to help compare them. You see the ranked field, our recommendation, and the reasoning behind it.
No. We look for an engaged audience, relevant expertise, and a clear opportunity to create something useful. A smaller, focused audience can be a good fit. We review the content available and the audience's questions to assess whether there's a product worth building together.
Less than building it yourself by an enormous margin, but not zero — and anyone promising zero is selling you something. What we need from you is the part only you have: access to your source material, answers to the strategic questions, your expertise where the product needs your voice, approval of the product and the messaging, and promotion of the finished product as set out in the agreement.
We build everything else. The product itself, its structure, the naming and positioning, the offer, the sales copy, the landing pages, the funnel, the checkout and payment infrastructure, the delivery, the email automation and the launch assets — that's our side, and we do it with our own people and our own money.
What you won't do: write copy, build funnels, configure checkout, wire up delivery, or become a digital marketer. The full split is on the For Creators page.
We earn an agreed share of the revenue the product makes. Not retainers, not a package, and not a fee for the analysis — if it never sells, we are never paid.
The split, how and when it's calculated, and how it's paid are all agreed in writing before the build begins. We don't publish a standard number here, because the right structure depends on the scope of what we're building and what each side is contributing. Where the payment platform supports it, distributions are automated — you shouldn't be invoicing us to get paid.
That's also why we're selective: we carry the cost and the risk of the build before there is any revenue, so we'd rather tell you we didn't find enough of an opportunity than sign you and hope.
Ownership and licensing — and what happens to the product if the partnership ends — are set out in the written agreement before any work starts. The right structure differs by partnership, so we won't claim a single universal answer here.
What is constant: the product is built from your knowledge, methods, stories and voice. It carries your name and your reputation, and you approve everything before it reaches your audience.
Nothing, and there's no obligation on either side at the end of it. You apply, we review it, and if there's enough to look at we do the work. If we find something compelling and we both want to move forward, we'll talk about a partnership. If we don't, we'll tell you what we found and what we'd suggest — that's a perfectly acceptable outcome.
The next step
Find out what's in there.
Tell us where to look. We'll review what you've published, compare the opportunities we find, and come back with what we'd build — and whether we want to build it with you.
Takes about four minutes. No call required to apply. No cost, and no obligation on either side.
